Now owned by Mr and Mrs Chambon, the Ermitage de Corton has renewed its ties with this tradition thanks to its talented chef, Vincent Chirat, an ardent defender of discerning, modern and balanced cuisine.
Prepared using fresh produce from local producers, our dishes offer a subtle blend of flavours, honed to perfection, with a refreshing lack of pretension. The wine list is inspired by the region’s grands crus, of course, but also invites you to discover the village from our talented wine-growers.
